1. Agreement

By signing up for or using Complex Care App ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. The Service

The Service lets you record and manage behaviours, incidents and support notes for people receiving complex care, and provides each participant with their own secure, individually encrypted record.

3. Fees

A fee of $499 (AUD) applies per participant added to your account. You will receive a tax invoice for this amount, which may be claimable against a participant's NDIS plan where applicable. Fees are payable in accordance with the invoice terms provided.

4. Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit, and for keeping any links or credentials associated with your account confidential. Notify us promptly if you believe your account access has been compromised.

5. Data & privacy

Each participant's data is protected by its own encryption key. We take reasonable steps to keep this data secure, but you are responsible for using the Service in a manner consistent with your own privacy and confidentiality obligations to the people you support.

6. Communications

By submitting the signup form, you agree to be contacted by email about your account, including account setup, participant records, and invoicing.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
